Each winter, Noonan Energy partners with our community to support neighbors in need. The Warm Wishes program provides $250 of free heating oil to selected households, helping ensure warmth, safety, and comfort when temperatures drop. We'll be giving away four $250 prizes that can be used towards heating oil for a home in need.
How the Warm Wishes Program Works
Nominate a Neighbor
Know someone who is struggling to afford heating oil this winter? Submit a nomination to help us identify a neighbor or family who could truly benefit from extra warmth and support.
We Review Every Entry
Our team carefully reviews each nomination with compassion and care. Selected recipients will receive free heating oil to help keep their home warm during the coldest months.
Spread Warmth Locally
Your nomination helps strengthen our community by ensuring no one faces winter alone. A simple act of kindness can bring comfort, safety, and peace of mind to a local family.
You Will Be Thanked Too
Winter can be especially challenging for individuals and families experiencing financial strain. Higher heating costs combined with cold temperatures can place added pressure on already tight household budgets.
At Noonan Energy, we believe everyone deserves a warm and safe home. That is why we are proud to partner with 94.7 WMAS to give back to our community through our Warm Wishes heating oil giveaway. Nominations will be accepted through January 30, 2026. The selected nominee will be chosen on February 13.
As a thank-you for your nomination, you will receive a gift card to a local restaurant if your nominee is selected.

Eligibility Guidelines
- Nominees must reside within our service area.
- Nominations must include complete and accurate information.
- Only one nomination per person is allowed.
- Recipients will be contacted directly and must confirm that they heat with oil.
