Our plans cover many of your systems valuable parts and controls. We offer two levels of Service Plan security, the
Basic Heating Protection Plan and the
Comprehensive Heating Protection Plan. The Basic Plan covers many things that typically go wrong with a system under normal use. It includes an annual tune-up and maintenance and costs
just $129.95 per year. Or, you may want to consider upgrading to our Comprehensive Plan for the most thorough coverage available. It includes everything in the Basic Plan plus significantly more parts and services. You get maximum protection for
just $189.95 per year ... a small price to pay for peace of mind!
Basic Plan
Peace of Mind You Can Depend On

Our
Basic Plan Service Contract includes the annual burner tune-up, system cleaning and efficiency test. We have also included the repair or replacement of basic parts that may fail due to normal wear and tear. This plan also allows for optional protection for your oil-fired water heater, 275-gallon oil tank, and central air conditioning system.
It's peace of mind coverage — all at a very sensible price.
Annual Tune-Up
A complete system tune-up and cleaning at which time your technician will:
- Visually inspect oil-fired equipment for leaks and defects
- Inspect all visible oil lines and oil tank
- Remove firing assembly — adjust electrodes as needed
- Replace oil nozzle
- Clean combustion head and air tube assembly
- Inspect combustion chamber
- Replace oil filter cartridge
- Clean or replace fuel pump strainer, as necessary
- Clean and align fan and coupling
- Adjust pump pressure to specifications
- Adjust oil burner to fire at maximum efficiency
- Lubricate and inspect all motors and bearings
- Clean and test primary safety control
- Brush and vacuum all heating surfaces
- Brush and vacuum smoke pipe
- Clean water gauge glass, replace if necessary
Efficiency Test
Your service technician will perform a series of tests in order to determine the actual operating efficiency of your oil burner. Adjustments will be made to ensure maximum efficiency. Procedure includes measuring stack temperature, CO2, smoke, and draft. A report of these tests and the resulting efficiency rating will be attached to the heating system.

NO CHARGE (labor or parts) to repair or replace any of the following parts
during normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (except holidays):

All other types of service calls will be billed at our standard rates for parts and labor.
Customers who have a service plan and are on Automatic Delivery will be billed at discounted labor rates.
OPTIONS
- Water Heater $40.00 per year
We will provide the necessary parts (covered under the applicable service contract) and labor to perform a complete annual tune-up of the burner on your oil-fired water heater. This option does not include any other parts or labor for emergency service calls or the replacement of the water heater or tank.
- Oil Tank Protection $29.95 per year
This option provides for the repair of any leak caused by internal corrosion of your oil storage tank at No Charge. Should the leak be unrepairable we will provide up to $1,400.00 of labor and materials toward replacing your oil tank. This coverage is available for 330 gallon capacity or smaller aboveground steel tanks. This option does not include damage to structures or personal property caused by leaking oil. - Air Conditioning P.M.I. $109.95 per year
Our Preventive Maintenance Inspection Contract for your central air conditioning system helps you to conserve energy, maximize your air quality and prolong the life of your equipment in the most economical and timely manner possible. You'll stay in the comfort zone on even the hottest days of summer and can rest assured your unit is running at peak efficiency to save you money on your energy bills.

Comprehensive Plan

It's 24-hour-a-day, 7-days-a-week coverage at a price that can't be beat.
